What is the Holiday Showcase?

The Holiday Showcase is a two-part trade show series! Join us virtually on October 7 on our beloved SAGE virtual platform and again on October 20 at the International Centre in Mississauga, ON for our first live show of 2021!

Why are we hosting the Showcase both virtually and in-person?

 

We know that “return to normal” will look different for everyone and will come at a different time for everyone, so we’re ready to welcome you back with socially distanced arms whenever you are. By hosting this event in both formats, everyone gets to participate!

How does the package deal work?

There is one price to exhibit at the Showcase, so choose your own adventure! Suppliers must choose between a small, medium, or large booth for the virtual show. All suppliers who register for the virtual show will receive a FREE 10×10 booth at the Toronto show. Exhibit virtually on October 7 and in Toronto on October 20 ! All for the same price.

  • Include a welcome video to introduce your brand to distributors

Who can exhibit at the Virtual Holiday Showcase and Live Toronto Show?

PPPC supplier members and non-members may exhibit at the show. Non-members are subject to higher pricing. Learn how to become a member by connect with Katrina Derksen.

Who can attend the Virtual Holiday Showcase and the Live Toronto Show?

The Virtual Showcase will welcome only distributors. The Toronto Showcase is free to attend for all distributors and their clients.

What is the cost?

Small Booth
$1,450

Up to five booth materials (sales flyers, brochures, catalogs, etc.), up to 10 featured products, and up to four exhibiting staff to work your virtual booth.

Up to two exhibiting staff to work your booth at the live show.

Medium Booth
$ 2,150

Up to 10 booth materials (sales flyers, brochures, catalogs, etc.), up to 25 featured products, and up to six exhibiting staff to work your virtual booth.

Up to two exhibiting staff to work your booth at the live show.

Large Booth
$2,450

Up to 15 booth materials (sales flyers, brochures, catalogs, etc.), up to 50 featured products, and unlimited exhibiting staff to work your virtual booth.
